It’s really a no brainer...

The iPhone 7 Plus was the 10th generation of iPhone to storm onto the market in 2016. The new model came with many improvements and enhancement from the previous iPhone 6 plus models. Some of the most noticeable changes included a new static home button, a very useful new design that was both water and dust resistant, as well as the controversial removal of the headphone jack. This decision caused a stir in the press as opinion divided about whether this was the right move for Apple. Partly due to this controversy, Apple reported fairly “sluggish” sales figures in parts of 2016. Having said that, Apple being Apple bounced back from this minor setback. When people got hold of the iPhone 7 plus and realised its full potential, sales became extremely fruitful. This meant that in the first quarter of 2017, the iPhone 7 was the best-selling smartphone globally.

The iPhone 7 plus 32GB also had significantly better speakers than the previous iterations. They were so good in fact, that they were twice as loud as the ones found on the iPhone 6S. This meant listening to music through your device or watching your favourite show on Netflix was extremely enjoyable. This coupled with the iPhone 7’s 4.7-inch LED-backlit screen meant streaming videos or films wherever you were was a very pleasant experience. The iPhone 7 plus also had a significantly larger battery life than the standard iPhone 7, meaning worrying about your phone running out on the go was a problem of the past.

The Apple-designed A10 Fusion chip was the most powerful chip Apple has ever designed, and it came with the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 plus. This coupled with quad-core CPU and six-core graphics meant that the iPhone 7 plus breezed over even the most intensive apps at the time. This coupled with the larger display of the plus meant it was a joy to play games on the go.
