You have the option of payment via either BACS bank transfer or PayPal. Once initiated, bank transfers take 2 working days to arrive in your bank account, and Paypal payments are almost instant (within minutes). Note that when we have received your box(es) and confirmed receipt of all your Books, CDs, DVDs and/or Games we will initiate your payment within two working days. Parcels may take between 3-5 working days to reach our warehouse, and then a further three working days to be processed before payment is initiated. Most customers will receive their payment within 14 days.

If you have sent in multiple packages it is possible that we have not received all of them yet. Log in to your account and you can check the status of your trade and whether it has been received.

In the unlikely event of any package going missing, please contact us and we can assist you in tracking your shipment. You can track your shipment yourself using the tracking number on the receipt given to you when you dropped off your parcels at the Hermes ParcelShop. Enter your tracking number here:
